John has served as program director and coordinator of an ABA-approved paralegal program, and as associate director of a community mediator center. John has taught college courses for multiple schools in legal studies, paralegal studies, and conflict resolution. With a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (2009) and a M.A. from UMass Lowell in Peace & Conflict Studies - Conflict Resolution (2012), John combines education and experience to provide quality advice, consultation, and services in both legal matters and conflict resolution.
