I will give you the fried rice recipe that I make most often. It's a delicious recipe, fairly healthy and a great way to use your leftovers.
It's mostly based on the version that my mom makes, but I've tried it with a bunch of variations and determined what works best for me.
By default the recipe is Vegan and Gluten-Free!!
Training & Qualifications
I've been making fried rice my whole adult life. It's probably my favorite thing to make in the kitchen in terms of taste vs time.
