I will bring either a massage table or massage chair to your house and perform either a deep tissue or relaxation massage. I also practice a modality called structural integration which helps to restore balance to the body by correcting postural imbalances. This modality is particularly useful in some cases of chronic pain as well as for sports injuries. With structural integration, the bodywork is preformed after a postural analysis and is performed mostly clothed. Clients should wear comfortable and minimal athletic attire such as shorts and a tank top. Finally, this work can offer performance-enhancing benefits, particularly for those leading an active lifestyle, I have even seen clients have significant gains in their performance within one or two sessions, although best results are seen after about seven session.
