Known as The Geeky Geisha, I practice hostessing and relaxation therapy with my clients in the style of my Japanese namesake. Having studied hospitality in the guest relations department of the Ritz-Carlton and as a hotel concierge, I learned very early the idea of service with grace.
Poems were penned about our beauty, and wars were once fought over us. We must, as ladies and Valkyries, reclaim our place in society as cultured, educated, inspiring women whose gaze could render a man helpless. To revive the art of geisha means to cherish talents and skill above submission; to raise sensuality above sexuality; to be a lover of men as well as our society as a whole. To be geisha means to be a living work of art. And art doesn't care if it is appreciated: it is appreciated because it just is.
A geek by nature, I enjoy such distractions as Marvel comics, video games, anime, and technology in general. Previously working for companies like T-Mobile and Apple only increased my thirst for all things electronic.
I fuse technology (Twitter, Facebook, digital marketing) with tradition (customer service and delight, use of the sociological imagination) to create the American geisha, also known as a companion, an escort, and a courtesan.
I am an outspoken advocate of personal choice in regards to intimate affairs, rather than subject it to goverment interference.
I currently operate between DC and Northern Virginia.
