I will answer the question you have for the cards with the Celtic cross spread (10 cards) using the Vision Quest tarot deck.
Do note that the cards are not absolute. The future can be changed. If you don't like what the cards say then take a minute and consider your options. The cards speak in advice and of the most likely future. The path you are on is mutable.
