Seriously THE BEST lemon bars I've ever made. I found a non-vegan recipe online and tweaked it for a company potluck so my vegan coworker could have some. Three people asked for the recipe that day. They're very easy to make and they taste identical to the non-vegan version.
Please note that the lemon bars pictured are not the ones from the recipe. I don't have any pictures of those, unfortunately.
