Nonviolent Communication Practice
Monthly, I host an open-to-all Zoom meeting where you are invited to join me for nonviolent communication (NVC) practice.
We’ll explore basic NVC concepts for beginners as well as applied NVC practice opportunities for advanced practitioners based on the makeup and needs of the group.
I intend to provide this ongoing open-to-all monthly practice with irregular days and time to support equitable options! You are encouraged to bring anyone you’ve been wanting to expose to NVC that is not in shared community spaces yet (such as the Co-Conspirators Lounge with Check Your Privilege where we have regular NVC practice opportunities).
NOTE: Donations are encouraged and deeply appreciated but not expected for you to attend (these donations ensure I can continue to provide practice opportunities together, but please do not let lack of contribution be a barrier!).

Training & Qualifications
Starting my nonviolent communication (NVC) journey in 2008 training with Marshall Rosenberg, I have been dedicated to the practice, facilitation, and ongoing education of NVC since. Forever grateful to the beloved community at Check Your Privilege (CYP), I am particularly interested in how NVC can better serve me and fellow co-conspirators on our journey and in the movement bringing authentic collaboration, connection and empathy. It is a great honor and gift to me to share this passion leading weekly NVC practice in the CYP Co-Conspirators Lounge.
