Q & A for Gluten free living
25
What is gluten free? What has gluten? What is gluten? These are questions I've been asked by individuals who are either seeking a gluten free lifestyle, or who are trying to figure out what to do prepare for me or another individual who is on this particular diet. I can help you too!
If your goal is to live gluten free, for whatever reason I will spend 30-60 minutes to:
1. Assist you with the basic red flags to look for including some of the more complicated naming processes (such as dextrose, maltodextrin, dextrin, and so on)
2. Provide you with a simple guide of what to do to eat well under a gluten free-diet. Provide comprehensive information on brands to look for what what actually tastes good
3. Provide additional outside resources you can use for inspiration or help.
4. Answer any questions you might have that I can provide. I do not have a medical degree, my information is based in experience with Celiac and the knowledge that is with it.
Training & Qualifications
I am a researcher by nature, so upon diagnosis of Celiac, followed shortly by my son's own diagnosis of gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, and acid reflux I have the better part of almost 2 years of living with a lifestyle that before was foreign to me. I have spent an extensive amount of time finding, playing with and learning the ins and outs of these dietary restrictions and I have assisted others with this task.
Availability & Preferences
I have a variety of times available, so just hit me up and we'll pick a time that works best for you.
