Kick-Start Guide for Gluten Free
25
If you've been recently diagnosed with celiac, or are getting ready to prepare for someone who is living the gluten free lifestyle and want to provide a safe meal for them, this is the perfect guide for you. I have created a short, easy-to-follow, guide to help you with the basics.
I cover several topics such as:
1. What is gluten?
2. What other names does it go by?
3. What other resources can I use?
4. What are some brands that are safe?
And other similar questions to get you started. This is by no means a fully comprehensive guide to Gluten-Free but it does provide a checklist for what to look for and some tips to get you going. In 8 pages, (with pictures, so don't be intimidated!) I give you the absolute most essential information for Gluten-Free Living.
This is an alternative to video chat with me, and after you go through the guide you are welcome to ask more questions as it pertains to your needs. I will answer up to 10 questions as detailed as possible after the initial receipt of the PDF or Word document (whichever is easiest for you).
Training & Qualifications
I am a researcher by nature, so upon diagnosis of Celiac, followed shortly by my son's own diagnosis of gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, and acid reflux I have spent the better part of almost 2 years living with a lifestyle that before was foreign to me. I have spent an extensive amount of time finding, playing with and learning the ins and outs of these dietary restrictions and I have assisted others with this task.

I have a variety of times available, so just hit me up and we'll pick a time that works best for you.
