I can make you a 1/2 or full pint of organic jam from seasonal fruit. I typically make low sugar jams but I can also make full sugar. The fruit I can use will be whatever is available for the season. If you're unsure what's available, message me and I'll be happy to go over options. I can do plain fruit flavors, or I can mix things up like fresno peach jam, apricot rosemary, blackberry chipotle, and more tailored to your tastes. I can also make fruit syrups, sauces, shrubs, and applesauce.
