Viva Transformation!
After dedicating my past 22 years to my own growth and transformation,
I am even more inspired to create safe spaces for my community to be the change,
to step up, and to create an awesome life of service and contribution, from a place of deepest heart connection~
My background includes years of trainings and certifications in yoga teaching,
personal fitness training, life coaching and deep tissue/myofascial massage and bodywork. I use my personal healing to fuel performance, social artistry/social justice, in order to bring about a cultural shift in our world, starting with ourselves, our families and our communities.
