I will provide step-by step instructions to make the best stuffed peppers you have ever had. It's probably my favourite food to eat and the recipe was passed down from my grandmother. This is a great make-ahead meal, which can be done in the slow-cooker or the oven. It's even better the next day. I make a huge batch and freeze the rest; pop it onto the microwave when you're on the go.

I have been making this recipe for over 20 years. Every time someone new tries them, I get asked for the recipe. Passed on from my grandmother.
