I will help you setup and use a website. It will be done in either WordPress, Drupal or Joomla depending on your needs. Will also then train you on how to keep it up to date and running without needing to contact me once it has been setup. I do not provide any additional art and if you need logos or icons for your website, that will need to be as accquired elsewhere.
