Eggplant Parmigiana - This is one of the most famous Italian dishes in the U.S. There are many variations to the recipe, but this is the tried and trusted method. The original recipe calls for caciocavallo cheese, but it is hard to find in the US. Therefore, I opted for a mix of provolone (similar in taste) and mozzarella instead.
Pizza making - this comes with a video on how to knead the dough (important). Making pizza at home is not an easy task.
However, with attention to details, a lot of patience and practice, your hard work will be rewarded in the form of a really good and flavorful crust.
