Training & Qualifications
I researched my surgery thoroughly prior to undergoing it on 6/7/2016. As of today (9/27/2016), I have lost 90 pounds. As I have recovered from the surgery, I have continued to research protein powders, supplements, vitamins, exercise, among other relevant subjects. My sciatica and periformis pain is almost completely gone now, as opposed to being plagued with it constantly.
