We all have parts of ourselves that we don't like. Emotions that we'd rather not feel. Pieces that society finds unacceptable. We lock them away. We hide them. We try and turn them into something different. Something more likable. Less intense. Less scary. And it may work for a time. But it's always there bubbling under the surface, impacting our decisions, straining our relationships and preventing our happiness. And it warps us blocking and twisting our energies as we desperately try to feel differently than how we feel. Or be differently than who we are.
In this work, you will learn to see, accept and understand your shadow self. you will learn how your shadow relates to the current state of your mind, body and spirit. You will learn to use the energy of your shadow to balance yourself as the night balances the day.
Training & Qualifications
I am a shadow worker, shamanic energy healer and pagan priestess of Nyx, Goddess of Night. I have been practicing shadow work in conjunction with bodywork and energy work for over ten years.
Availability & Preferences
