Mia Rella wrote a recommendation for Frank Cotroneo
Frank, affectionately called Chef Linguini, has trained at the CIA and worked with some big chefs. We hired him to cater a baby shower for my cousin and people raved about the food. Our tough-to-please uncle even made his wife ask Chef Linguini for the pork recipe! The portions he prepared were perfect too. I didn't feel like I wasted money on tons of leftover food, but there was also more than enough for people to eat what they wanted. We've recommended him too and he's done events for 2 different friends.
I tell people that if Frank's cooking, I'm eating. Everything he makes looks and tastes great. He's a keeper!
