Interested in becoming vegetarian or vegan? Want to start to transition into veganism but not sure how to start? I've been vegan for almost 3 years and in that time have learned a lot about how to live a vegan lifestyle! In this 30 minute call over the phone, Zoom, or Skype I'll answer all of your questions about how to go vegan and offer advice about:
**What to eat
**How to cook for yourself
**How to eat vegan at restaurants
**How to explain veganism in a non-judgmental to people in your life
**Tips for eating vegan on road trips
**How to stay vegan when you're craving cheese or burgers or whatever it is!
**How to find a supportive vegan community
**What you may experience in your body when you start to transition to veganism

I am a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, tarot reader, and vegan for almost 3 years! I'm vegan for my health, the animals, and the planet, and I practice living a non-judgmental vegan lifestyle that seeks to accept you wherever you are on your journey.
