Hi everyone! I'm a yoga teacher, tarot reader, reiki practitioner, and host of the Living Open podcast for mystics and seekers. My spiritual practice has been all about peeling back the layers of all that I've picked up since a child from society, parents, friends, and other outside influences to come back home to who I really am, and that's what I help you do with all of these healing arts: come back home to who you really are.

I teach yoga with a trauma-conscious, non-judgmental lens that helps you focus on your breath, how you feel in your body, mind, and soul, and allowing yourself to be present with the truth of your experience. My tarot and reiki work comes from the same perspective.
