I am a nutritional therapist and a chef, and have four food books published on Amazon. The last one, 'In a Greer County Kitchen' was so much fun to research and write that I don't want to stop! I am retired, and have a huge cookbook collection; this would give me a rationalization to keep it. Most of all, I loved the reconnection with my family over happy times, collecting stories and history and food memories.
Knowing the resources, I can do everything from writing, editing and publishing the cookbook plus finding and testing recipes as needed, to just guiding you on your own. I have hundreds of hours in the Greer County book, but many of those won't need to be repeated. I have streamlined the process.
