Nutritional Therapy
20
I am a retired chef and author, a graduate of Coach University and certified in Nutritional Therapy. I have worked with clients as far away as Hong Kong and Scotland, and love to work virtually. I am a published writer and offer a free nutritional assessment.
What I don't do is offer weight loss programs. My sole purpose is to build health, and while weight loss is often the result, it is not the goal. I had a health crisis ten years ago, found little or no support from the medical community so I went back to school. I travel to seminars and I am constantly reading and updating my knowledge. To get an idea of how I work, you can check my book 'The 30-day Body Hack' on Amazon. Most of what we are told about food has to do with selling processed corporate food, rather than nutrition.
Training & Qualifications
I attended ASU, where I received a degree in Humanities and graduated from Coach University in 1999. I studied Functional and Diagnostic Nutrition with Reed Davis, and went on to spend two years certifying as a Nutritional Therapist. I continue to study and write (four books on food and nutrition available at Amazon) Most of all, I healed myself, and in the process became fascinated with the beautiful diversity of people. There is no single eating plan that works for everyone, but I have become skilled at helping people discover their own.
