My work is for 2 types:
1) Those who are in a new relationship (the honeymoon phase), and
2) Those who are ready for a relationshift but have a partner who's not into counseling

I will help you address issues as they arise so you can nurture your relationship in such a way that it blossoms into the deep connection you desire.
Or maybe you're ready for a relationshift, but have a partner who's not open to counseling. I will empower you to transform your relationship by transforming yourself. I will show you how to organically get your needs met without having to make demands. It has the effect of couples counseling, only we do it without your partner, and your partner never even has to know!
Bring me the things you want to see change in your relationship or your partner, and I will guide you to articulate your needs and desires from a place of clarity and love. I will show you ways to inspire your partner to embody the change you wish to see in your relationship. You will leave our session empowered you to make subtle shifts in your relationship and yourself that create powerful, genuine, and lasting change.
Training & Qualifications
I have devoted over 20 years to empowering women, men, and couples to have the loving, supportive, and healthy relationships they crave. I have a trauma-informed coaching background in Attachment Theory, Love/Apology Languages, Healing from Heartbreak, Self-love/Worthiness, Conflict Resolution, Nonviolent Communication (NVC). and more.
I have practiced and developed out-of-the-box strategies for every form of conscious relating, and guide you from the vantage point of extensive experience navigating conventional, monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and open relationships. I have had exclusively successful relationships this lifetime, and am still passionately in love with my real-life punk rock fairytale prince after 13.5 years of monogamous bliss!
