Acting is something I do because I enjoy playing a character and contributing to the telling of a good story. It's not an ego trip for me. Anything from standing in as an extra to taking a leading role, whether it's for a play, short film or feature length, or if it's for a homework assignment or a personal project, I'll happily accept the part.
Before agreeing to play a role in your project, I would first like to read the script. If you would like to audition me before casting, that makes sense and that won't count towards my hours of service.
Here's a link to a few monologues/scenes I've been in, for your consideration.
Unless travel expenses are covered (in actual money) I can only work within the Savannah, GA area.
Training & Qualifications
Over the course of ten years, I've acted in five school plays and more student films than I can count -- at least over fifty. I've worked both as a stagehand and as grip for short films for the past five years, so I know my way around lights and can even offer pointers in camera tricks/angles (or I can keep all that to myself, if you prefer).
Availability & Preferences
I'm free weekdays after 2:30pm, and anytime on weekends. I can adjust my schedule when necessary.

About Diana Regolizio
At a school in suburban New Jersey, I started my first novel. I was ten years old, finishing two years later at four hundred pages. I haven't stopped writing since. My first grade teacher predicted I ...would be an author, which I resented because, thanks to the phonetics of the word, I associated it with Arthur, the cartoon aardvark. I was not, nor will I ever be, a cartoon aardvark. I've since graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelors Degree in Dramatic Writing. The moral to most of my written works falls into the category of “be yourself,” and overall I want audiences to learn to feel comfortable representing themselves as they see fit, and comfortable communicating their needs and honest opinions in times of necessity. While my stories may not all be fit for a G rating, I do my best to make them appropriate for as wide an age group as possible, because everyone can gain something from them.show moreOpen to other proposals
