I am trained and certified to 3rd-degree level in Usui reiki tradition and can work with those frequencies. Depending on your needs (I request a brief consult with you prior to your session to determine any specific issues you may be having or requesting help with, and answer any questions you may have), I also channel angelic frequencies from the celestial realms and have found these are often more powerful and can heal on a deeper level and even offer pain relief. I offer this from a compassionate and heart-centered place at all times.

I am trained and certified in energy healing (Evolutionary Usui Reiki Levels 1, 2 & 3) to be able to create and hold a safe energetic container for the divine energies that come through for you at this time to help support your physical and subtle energy bodies.

During the session or for several days after, you may experience some emotional release as it can bring up “stuck” or suppressed emotions to allow them to be healed. Most clients feel a sense of calm and relaxation during a session.

You need only to find a quiet space where you can relax and be receptive to the energy. I will also check in with you immediately after, and can also check in 2-3 days after your session to see how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback always.
