troubleshoot your computer
I can help you troubleshoot a problem with your computer or a computer related issue you have. Doesn't matter if it's an operating system question or an actual malfunction of your machine or you need help installing/upgrading something, my doors are open. Walk ins/Drop Off are welcome if you do not want to troubleshoot over the internet, but there will be an agreement to sign for my protection. Trading preference is pay it to forward, my way to give back to the community.
Training & Qualifications
I have been taking apart applications such as microwaves since the age of 8 to see how they work so I've always had a curiosity in seeing how electronics work. Professionally I have built and maintained servers for several INC 500 companies in Utah some -works worth $1,000,000s and am trained in Puppet and Chef. I do circuit board printing, but do not offer repair services on motherboards via Simbi for liability reasons. I am a full stack SR programmer (6+years), that also extends to offensive security in web applications. I build gaming rigs for people as a hobby, so there is a very low chance I haven't already run into the issue you are having. I am trained in malware removal, but if that is what the issue is I will most likely just reinstall windows/linux OS and clone disk instead of taking the time to removing it without purge.
