There is quite a bit of stigma when you bring up Bipolar, I think it's due to a lot of people not understanding what it is and how it affects people. Unless you actually have Bipolar there's no way of truly understanding what it is, but I will do my best to answer questions relevant. Anything is fair game in your questions, no topic is banned from discussion. I have thick skin shoot those questions my way.
Training & Qualifications
I was diagnosed with Bipolar and ADHD at age 9 and have been managing it my entire life. I'm pretty sure i'm on the Autism spectrum as well, but was tested and not diagnosed/enough to make a huge impact that I've or others I trust have noticed.
