Beginners Meditation

I will create and deliver a short and fun presentation discussing the types of meditation and why it's important for mental health. I will also segue into how to meditate for the beginner and the transition from beginner to advanced.
From waterfalls to bare feet, meditation is the art of of imagination. Typically, people often think of meditation as clearing the mind of all thought. As this is an essential practice within meditation, it is not the only method. In this introduction I will encourage you to spread your wings of imagination and let your mind adventure out into the world of thought and imagination. Watch thought pour in without judgement as you search for ideas and answers and then take a single thought and dig deep to the root or heart of the idea or thought and most importantly, let it all go. Meditation is a beautiful and incredible practice that should be in everyone's daily diet and I will show you why.
Training & Qualifications
I have studied all on my own, no formal training just studying and speaking from experience. Meditation has brought peace, vision and experiences varying from feeling 2,000 feet tall and weightless, to sparks of vision from other times in history.
