i've had a unique journey that has lead me down some pretty amazing pathways. i've worn many hats, studied a myriad of topics and have learned to let my heart lead the way. i meditate daily and am in love with our natural world.

i've come to realize the only thing we can truly change is ourself. the journey to world peace starts on an individual level with inner peace. when we change ourselves, we change the world.
