I’m Danielle and I’m a behavioral, cognitive and social scientist, People Strategist in short, specializing in the human experience (aka employee engagement/experience and quality of life) and creating environments that foster high-performance and innovative thinking.

My previous roles, before starting my own coaching business, included building functional units (offices and departments) for organizations on the east coast and Denver, CO. My most recent role included building the Office of Engagement, Organizational Development and Culture - encompassing the people experience for the organization.

Having a deeper understanding of how we, as humans, develop and thrive as a species shifted the way I saw the world and interacted with people, as well as how I invested time in myself. After studying human development in undergrad, my heart chose community leadership and sustainability as my master's concentration. I learned key elements of what it means to be a truly great leader - at it's heart - and then apply that in a way that creates sustainable communities and cultures.

Mixing those together, 15 years later, I love love LOVE what I do! I get to see [what I like to call] evolutionary moments unfold in front of me for clients, I get to feed my research passion of human performance and optimizing our limited time on this planet, and I get to work with amazing people with complex problems who are making our world a better place.
