I will meet in a public location to consult for 30 mins max to examine your iOS device, smartphone, tablet, Apple laptop, or PC and determine what may be wrong with it. Experiencing sudden slowness/freezing? Computer won't turn on at all? Concerned you've caught some virus and aren't sure how to proceed? Let me take a look. From there I charge by the hour. Any hardware or software required to fix will be purchased by you (actual property owner) per my recommendation. I can help reformat, install new hardware, etc. I can perform this service virtually if you have a web cam, but will obviously not be able to do hardware repairs unless I meet you on site with the device.

- Apple Certifed Macintosh Technician (ACMT) Certifed. Used to work for Apple, Inc.
- Have been working in IT/tech support for 11+ years.
