I will help you understand meditation, create a personal meditation plan that works for your lifestyle, & suggest books, cds and dvds that encourage you on your journey to a quieter mind.
Meditation is not an escape from a difficult world, but the gaining of a calmer mind to address the challenges we face in daily life.
What I will need:
A basic understanding of your lifestyle (work & commute length), hobbies, spiritual (or secular) ideals, & the best time of your day that you have 15 minutes or more without disruptions.
What you will receive:
Basic understanding of different meditation styles, suggestions that fit your lifestyle & schedule & suggested resources online, for purchase or via your local library.
We will work weekly for up to 4 weeks to find a personalized meditation that meets your needs.
Training & Qualifications
I am a meditation class instructor and a meditation program facilitator in the Chicago area. I meditated for 16 years and have taught classes (4 week courses) presented public or staff programs for 8 years.
Availability & Preferences
I will connect with you (virtually) weekly when I have focused attention to you that works around my work and program schedule.
