I will walk with you as a spiritual ear and reflection of your sacred journey to see if Spiritual Direction is a good fit for you.
After 3 sessions (1 hour sessions, usually once per month) you may continue as a Directee/Companion through my practice or I will help you find a Spiritual Director that works for your lifestyle and spiritual and secular focus should you wish to continue.

As a member of Spiritual Directors International, I value continual development of skill and use these methods in my practice: Deep listening, focusing, creative reflecting activities, meditation or mindfulness, mantras or prayer, reflecting on dreams, and writing. Midwife of the soul, for times in life of rebirth that requires your full attention, and mine. We traverse challenging shifts, collective trauma, and social justice integration requiring fortitude and discernment that is built from contemplative practice, listening to God, your secular beliefs, or your inner voice.
