Posture Analysis
I will assess your posture virtually using NASM's Overhead Squat Assessment procedure. Knowing what your postural deviations are is a key component for any health and wellness program to help avoid injury, improve nueromuscular efficiency, decrease recovery times, and alleviate pain/discomfort through movement.
This method of evaluation is used regularly by health and fitness professionals all across the fitness industry.
Upon completion, I will give you feedback on your results, including:
- Pinpointing at least 2 major joints that are in the most need of correction.
- Education on what muscles are overactive/under active for those areas.
- Suggested lengthening and strengthening strategies to correct postural deviations.
- Introduction to NASM's inhibit, lengthen, activate, integrate corrective exercise
- General information regarding your personal assessment results.
