I am a recovering codependent. I saw this issue as holding me back from being me! Choosing to be connected with myself and others in a healthy way is as easy as being ready to take a look at myself and, with the right tools, discovering that I can be honest with myself and with others. I have learnt that the more I am honest with myself, the more I can be so with others; as a result, I am happier than ever, my relationships are healthier: with family, at work, neighbours and even strangers and everything else in between. Training & Qualifications
My single greatest qualification is my personal experience, strength and hope. I am a member of a 12-step program which is not absolutely necessary for one to recover, but it sure makes it easier! I am not a professional but as I asked my mentors to tell me as they see me, I will do the same! Total honesty, but with respect and compassion! I have indicated that I prefer payment with simbi but if I see something you offer that interests me, i'm open to negotiate!
