* Pixie (my actual collie-Aussie in real life! I hadn't previously known she could type!)
* the email recipient's future cat (yet to be named)

* Charlie the Pembroke Welsh Corgi
* Bob the bonobo
* Excelsior the lion
* Frodo the rappin' mutt
* a pangolin who wishes to remain anonymous for political reasons
