I am an engineer by day and photographer, guitarist, and avid basketball fan by night! I have an addictive personality and get quickly consumed by new hobbies - I just learned how to laser cut wood and I can't get enough of it!

I'm interested in quirky events, stories, and new places. I always look for new ways to force myself outside of my bubble, and to think outside the box. I'll try anything once.

I want to be compassionate and empathetic in my daily life. I always try to put myself in the shoes of whoever I am talking to, regardless of whether I agree or disagree with what they say.

I'd like to leave behind a legacy of kindness. I think it's easy to point out the faults in a person or group of people we disagree with, but it's more challenging to find the good in them. Especially in such challenging times, it's easy to feel like the world is a crappy place filled with hate. I don't want to downplay any of that, but I also want to not make it the focus of my existence.
