I offer my guidance and support through your detox of choice, from personal experience in fasting and working what was best for myself.
I also have completed a training courses and research in these techniques that are proven to promote your mental, physical and emotional health. I can write you a plan for your day/week/month with weekly or daily support. There is no set approach to fasting it is simple allowing the body to take a 'break' - 'fast' from the habits we adopt through emotional interest.
Fasting allows the body to rest from the digestion and focus on what needs to be healed.
Training & Qualifications
Have 3 years of personal experience in my own journey through seeking hormonal balancing by detoxing from anything synthetic and progressively learning key nutritional values that can maintain homeostasis. It isnt an overnight cure, and depending on the symptoms the body may take longer to respond. I am passionate toward supporting others in their journey, providing emotional support and feedback and advice for your experience.
