Wellness is a personal concept. You can be "healthy" without being "well", and vice versa. Wellness encompasses every single area of your life. Basically, your wellness is all about YOU!
Let's work together to determine what you're doing well, and what you'd like to do better. This can be in any area of health and wellness, including:
-physical activity
-diet
-sleep
-stress management
-social activity
-work life/productivity
-really anything!
Within a session, we will...
-Define your dream (What does your best self look like?)
-Find concrete details of that dream (What does your best self entail?)
-Discover your strengths, and what could be improved (What strengths can you use to help yourself become your best self?)
-Make a solid plan (Set long-and short-term goals to help you become your best self!)
A session can be held in person, by phone, or by Skype. We will work together to find the best time and type of meeting for you. :)
Training & Qualifications
I am a national board certified health and wellness coach, and a licensed and registered occupational therapist. The focus of my practice has always been preventive care and chronic disease management. I even teach health and wellness coaching at the university level!
Availability & Preferences
I am typically free on most afternoons and some evenings!
