I will teach you how to use Photoshop and a tablet. I know for the beginner artist (and even for a period of time afterwards) digital drawing and painting is daunting. You can't see the medium you're working with, there is a disconnect between your hand and the screen, and you only have the Photoshop 30 day trial.

I have been doing digital art for over 4 years and have done production art with video games.
