120
Are you someone who is struggling with your identity or sexuality, and experiencing shame, fear or confusion?
Are you a friend or family member who has just had someone come out to you and you are experiencing anger, fear frustration or confusion?
Are you needing support navigating employment, or family?
Many folks who choose this service either identify/experience themselves as or exploring their gender, sexual and/ or romantic orientation. Or you may be a parent, family member, or partner to someone who is exploring their identity or who they feel themselves to be. However, this service is not limited to these identities or experiences.
Whatever your circumstance are, you will learn self awareness skills, skills on how to navigate the world we live in, and the opportunity to build on a foundation of self-love and understanding, in a safe and respectful environment that honors your journey. For those that are family members, parents, or partners you will learn a greater understanding of what it means to be the person you are attached to; skills on how to support yourself and the person who are attached to.
