I am a trained Social Worker, Educator and professional Life Coach and Cousellor. For the Last 15 years I have provided advocacy, education, support and consulting in the areas of sexual and gender diversity. My passion is to create space and build capacity for individual and society, so they can truly embrace the self. This means to truly live an authentic life, love one’s self and to live the life they are meant to live. To allow individuals to find their truth and the ability to find strength to make their own change from their greatest source -themselves.

Specialties: Workshops & Training, Human Sexuality & Gender, Identity, non-profit, communities, individuals/ families, policy, Human Rights, & Self-Empowerment. I also provide Reiki, House Cleaning and occasionally make crafts such as dream catchers, hemp chokers and ear rings.
