Cabinet and furniture build for RV

I am going to be starting a fundraiser to purchase a work/ step truck or empty trailer to convert to an RV. My goal is to be able to travel to see bio/ chosen family and to do workshops, trainings and consulting on the road.
As a low-income person and a person that values being as environmentally counsious as possible, I am hoping to use used materials and maximize the space I end up having.
