I am a certified personal trainer through the Natinoal Academy of Sports Medicine. I have spent the past 3 years working as the manager of a physician owned health facility / gym. We have nurses on staff, physical therapists on staff, Drs, and massage therapists. I have surrounded myself with a lot of experience and education and have learned far more than my structured education has taken me.
