Home repairs and/or consultation

I perform nearly any sort of home repair. For those who are geographically nearby (mostly the mid-Michigan area), happen to reside along one of my paths of travel, or care to arrange for travel expenses, I can do on-site repairs.
For those who would like to learn and/or do-it-yourself, in many cases, I can offer tips and suggestions, or guide you through a required repair or other endeavor via messaging, photographic, audio and/or video exchange. If you have access to tools or a little funding available to purchase some basic tools, there's a good chance you can learn to do it yourself. I understand that there are many levels of experience and ability and I appreciate and respect a person's desire to learn. This is a no judgement enterprise. :-)

Training & Qualifications
I have been a do-all sort of handyman for as long as I can recall. I have been the go-to guy for family and friends for all sorts of emergencies or unexpected situations.
I have performed nearly every sort of repair and many types of remodeling project that can be done to one's home: electrical, plumbing, sinks, showers, asphalt single & steel sheet roofing, doors, windows, siding, flooring, ceramic tile, constructing rooms, drywall, building sheds, etc.
Availability & Preferences
My schedule varies widely, but is fairly self-determined and flexible to a large extent. I stay pretty well digitally-connected and I am often available in a pinch, including unusual/after-hours endeavors, especially if I arrange to keep myself on call for a project in progress.
