Meal Planning and Nutritional Coach
I will teach you how to meal plan and organize your food to save money, time, and throw less food away! Plus I will help you create healthy eating habits and teach you how to substitute your favorite foods for healthier and often times tastier items. I will also provide you with recipes tailored to your dietary needs and goals. Body composition and weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
Training & Qualifications
I am an NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and ACE certified Personal Trainer. I primarily work with clients on weight loss and fitness based nutrition, ensuring they get the proper amount of macro nutrients (protein, fat, and carbs) plus identifying any possible nutrient deficiencies and recommending supplements or foods to fill the nutritional need.
