I can work with you to reduce your stress, set goals, work out your problems, reduce your anxiety, and overall feel and be more successful in life. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral, motivational enhancement, and collaborative problem solving techniques to help people. I also teach evidence based stress reduction strategies including progressive muscle relaxation, exercises, meditation, and mindfulness practices. This service will be completed over chat/text sessions.
Training & Qualifications
I am a licensed Clinical Behavior therapist with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.
I have 15 years of experience teaching stress reduction, goal setting, and helping people feel better. I only use evidence based approaches.
