We feel good when we eat good. Please enjoy this lovely soup I cooked today. Be creative with it and add other veggies if you wish. If you are looking for simplicity this is more than enough to satisfy your taste pallettes. Peas are delicious when they are cooked correctly and a pot can turn into two to three diverse meals through the week if you are single or feed a family dinner if you are on a budget. Fresh Organic Carrots are definitely the way to go. I'm so surprised at how these Carrots kept in my fridge as I haven't felt like cooking lately. True Organic produce always lasts longer basically having a longer shelf life. So Good!
Training & Qualifications
I am a former personal Chef and I started cooking at a very young age, maybe around 11 ish. I made popcorn in a cast icon skillet and loved every minute of it. I baked Brownies in an Easy Bake Oven and I have felt passionate about preparing and sharing food since I can remember. My favorite Chef compliment is when one of my clients asked me what I did to my Carrots because her daughter loved them and she could never get her to eat them. Walah! Enjoy!
