Trying to lose some lbs and wondering how much you should be eating? or maybe you are trying to beef up? I can help with either of these! I can also reccommend the best level of nutrients for your body (protein, carbs, fats). I am trainer NOT a nutritionist so please if you have any chronic illnesses please go see a doctor, it is out of my scope of practice.
