Things getting stormy? Having worked in disaster relief, trauma, sexual assault and addiction advocacy and as a Behavioral Health Coach, I have seen hundreds of crisis situations up close and personal. Throughout these experiences, I have often been considered the calm in the storm, and I can't think of anything I could feel more privileged to be. No judgment, no shame, no blame- only love.

Experienced (volunteer and paid) advocate for those experiencing foster care, sexual assault survivors, individuals in early recovery, and people affected by disasters (both natural and man made)
