Monster Anxiety

Monsters worry. Some Monsters obsess. And often Monsters mirror our phobias and anxieties.
If you would like a monster who shares your anxiety,
I will send a monster with some words about an anxiety of your choice. (Who knows, if you are highly skilled at anxiety, you may want more than one monster to help express your reality.)
Your monster can come to you as a digital image (iphone photo quality) of a cut-out monster and anxious words collaged over a painted background,
or I will draw a monster especially for you, with some anxious words, on a blank art card.... the drawing will be a line drawing, made with monster-friendly art pens or other monster-friendly art supplies. Then I will mail the monster card to you. Monster cards are suitable for gifting (blank on the inside for your message), they can be framed, or they can be talked to. If you are going to give the monster card to someone else, tell me, and I will put the card in a blank envelope, and then put it in another envelope before mailing it to you. If you decide on the digital image option (more colorful), then you are on your own for printing or enveloping.
Training & Qualifications
I have many monsters of my own. They talk to me, and I talk to them. Monsters make interesting friends.
I was a gallery artist a monstrously long time ago. Now I am launching into picture book art and writing.
My first to-be-published picture book has some monsters wandering around inside, and my monsters and I were worrying if they were good-enough monsters, which started us talking about monster anxiety.
I have a handful of psych diagnoses, some depression, insecurities, a sprinkling of OCD, stirred up with lots of creative thinking..... sometimes I worry, but when I do, my monsters help me.
